Dr. Gerald S. Asin, M.D., FACP, is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. After earning his Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, Dr. Asin attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine where he earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) in 1987. He then continued his education in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and completed his residency in 1990 at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Dr. Gerald S. Asin, M.D., FACP has practiced in AZ since 1992. He is currently an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and an affiliate of Scottsdale Healthcare Shea.

Debra Goldman, FNP-C

Debra Goldman, FNP-C, is a board certified family nurse practitioner at Stonecreek Medical. 

Debra began her healthcare career after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Northern Arizona University, and clinical herbalist certification from the Southwest School of of Botanical Medicine. After working for many years as a nutritionist and herbalist, she felt a calling to pursue a career in nursing. She returned to NAU and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She spent the majority of her nursing career caring for the oncology patient population before returning to NAU to to pursue an advanced degree. She graduated with honors in 2019 and is certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Debra has a passion for helping patients improve their quality of life by incorporating the best conventional and holistic medicine.

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, music, and spending as much time as possible with her husband, dogs, friends, and family.
